By accessing or using StrideNow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including candidates, recruiters, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
StrideNow is a mobile and web platform that connects job seekers with employers. Our services include job matching, application management, in-app messaging, and recruitment tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit to StrideNow. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The StrideNow name, logo, and all related trademarks, designs, and content are owned by StrideNow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or the conduct of other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrideNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or email.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
